I have used it twice. I like the syringe - better than the last two I have used from other vendors. I felt a little bottom sensitivity discomfort on the first application and none on the second application after I brushed my teeth well after removing the tray. Not sure I have seen whitening yet. I drink coffee so I am somewhat satisfied if my teeth don't get more discolored over time.

I started using this item approximately a year ago. I started seeing results on the 4th day and drastic results in the 10th day of usage. I used sensodyne tooth paste so I'm not sure if using this product alone causes sensitivity but I did not get any at all and I used the product for 14 consecutive days. I now use this product as maintenance.
